Course connections - MILE 0: The News and Sentinel Half Marathon and Two Mile Race share both the starting line and finish line. For about 15 minutes there are around 2,000 people racing in two directions on the streets of Parkersburg. The starting line has been moved slightly several times as different road projects around the city have changed the overall distance from Second and Juliana streets, to Sixth and Market.
