Both events took a large leap in terms of the number of people taking part in the races. For a time Saturday more than 1,700 people ran and walked while taking part in the races. The kids races Sunday were icing on a great weekend of racing.

Hopefully all the runners, walkers and volunteers have had a chance to rest up.

You will notice several things new on this site as we work through the post-race part of the event.

• Results of the 2009 race are now posted. Any corrections needing made will be done this week.

• When racers crossed the finish line Saturdaty we were streaming video live to this Web site. We will post the video again starting this week so that you can watch yourself and your friends cross the finish line.

• Thousands of photos from the event are posted as well. Click on the CU link to view and purchased them.

• If you won a trophy but did not pick it up, you may do so starting Tuesday at the News and Sentinel office at 519 Juliana Street
