Feeling Better


I heard from many folks after what proved to be a disconcerting description of my experience Monday evening. It was described as honest, depressing and even scary. I believe it was all of the above. After a day of much deserved rest (quiet Beeps) I feel markedly better today & I am looking forward to hill repeats this afternoon. I swam 1200 yards this morning, an activity that I highly recommend. It is a great total body workout and the cool water refreshes my legs without pounding my joints.

My calories have remained steady around 2100 hundred and I have been trying to keep my water intake up over 100 ounces. I will complete the training Monday the 29th then I will out of town the following week for my annual fishing trip with friends and family. There are a lot of wonderful people in the running community and I am grateful for all of their continued support.
