Shortages Affect Everything

Do you think running 13.1 miles is hard? Well, try coordinating the race that thousands of people look forward to running every year. Now that’s just as hard!

Due to the pandemic that is still affecting the nation we are seeing shortages in many supplies and people.

For example, some things that are hard to find right now are gloves, paint and t-shirts. But most importantly people who want to help put the race together and runners!

Now don’t worry because we have stocked up on all the important things like gloves, cups, Gatorade and trophies.

But the help of our community could make this race so much better. Because the Parkersburg race has always been able to bring the community together and all agree on one thing.

That one thing is cheering as the runners cross the finish line.
